Alisa Pensola
  1. Alisa, a dedicated yoga teacher, began her yoga journey in 2015 after discovering it through her mother's LessMills DVD. It was in Sydney in 2016 that she truly connected with yoga. Her daily practice has shown her the power of yoga to balance the body and mind, motivating her to share this wisdom as a teacher. She appreciates how yoga can be both energizing and calming, grounding the mind in the present moment and promoting mental well-being. Alisa strives to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all students to deepen their practice and find balance plus have a little fun while doing it!
