Gaurav Malik, an international guest yoga teacher from India, will guide students on a 2-hour spiritual journey into traditional Indian practices of pranayama breathing techniques, mantras and meditation. All students are welcome to join the experience and will receive a take-home booklet to guide further self-practice.

Gaurav teaches his own unique style, a mix of tradition, modern movement, and love, he has an in-depth and seemingly never-ending knowledge and passion for yoga in a variety of areas including history, asana, adjustment and alignment, philosophy, Ayurveda, mantras, meditation, and pranayama. He has studied yoga in depth at the world’s oldest university of yoga in Haridwar, India, graduating with a PhD in Pranayama and a Masters of Human Consciousness and Yogic Science, among other studies; Gaurav has been running his own yoga school in India since 2014, where his graduates are teaching all around the world.
