Gaurav Malik, an international guest yoga teacher from India will be guide students through a 6-week mantra, meditation and breath series.

A spiritual journey into traditional Indian practices of pranayama breathing techniques, mantras and meditation.

  • Mantra and chanting (Gayatri mantra, harmony mantra, loving kindness mantra, so hum, Om Namah Shiviya, Sita Ram)

  • Pranayama breathing (kapalabhati, anuloma viloma, nadhi shodhen, bhramari breathing, preparation for pranayama.)

  • Meditation (om meditation, experiential meditation, yoga nidra)

Channel your energy and tune your thoughts through these ancient yoga techniques of meditation, breathing, mantras and chanting. Learn and practice

specific mantra sounds that transform yoga practice from the material body to the energy body (pranomaya kosha). Experience breathing techniques that

uplift this energy providing it new direction and flow towards balance and creativity.

These techniques practised over 6 weeks will help clear the mind and improve:

  • Concentration

  • Clarity

  • Creativity

  • Inner Strength

  • Task focus

  • Reduce stress

  • Relaxation

  • Self love

  • Sleep Better
