In this 3 hours workshop you will discover alignment techniques and strengthening tools to turn your world upside down and give you the confidence and focus to approach arm balances and inversions safely.
Breaking down the key elements that create balance in your hands, a possibility: get in accurately, stay in comfortably and get out safely.
Exploring pre-habilitation and joint health exercises for injury prevention, discuss the complex anatomy of the shoulder girdle and rotator cuff muscles and set free your inner monkey.
Working in a sequence to keep your blood and breath flowing throughout the practice and finishing with cooling down and reconditioning postures, to ensure a long and sustainable practice.
We'll work through and explore the below areas, to prepare the body and mind for a safe and confident practice.
