These classes are ideal for those of you who are completely new to yoga, done very little yoga, as well as those who would like to re-visit the basics, brush up on the foundations and alignment of the poses; to invigorate your existing practice”.
The classes are structured to introduce you to the concepts of yoga, the poses, (asana) the breath (pranayama), as well as showing you how to let go of some of those common mis-conceptions such as “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” and “I’ll start when I’m fitter.”
