Botannix Yoga & Pilates is located in the heart of Botany Bay, close to Pagewood and Banksmeadow, surrounding suburbs; Chifley, Daceyville, Eastgardens, Eastlakes, La Perouse, Hillsdale, Little Bay, Malabar, Maroubra, Mascot, Matraville, Rosebery & Sydney Airport.  

Situated behind the busy Botannix Studio Cafe, the studio looks out onto a tranquil Balinese-inspired garden. A sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within bustling Sydney city. 

A unique boutique yoga space, that has been operating for 15 years, as an integral part of the community.  Offering a range of diverse yoga & pilates classes. Daily classes suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer in studio face to face classes.

Our aim is to create a safe space for students to unplug from the busy, stressful day to day, to relax, calm the nervous system and heal through the practice of yoga.  Members are encouraged to examine and honour their own limits, while at the same time, being professionally guided to places of growth and expansion by experienced yoga teachers, through a diverse range of yoga styles.

At Botannix Yoga & Pilates we believe that the intentions we cultivate on the yoga mat can lead to balance, peace and harmony in our daily lives; awakening senses, creativity, intuition and spirituality which help release, let go, so we can create space to reset, focus, achieve, believe, transform, build strength and conquer fear.  Through Movement - Meditation - Mantra we create Mindfulness.

Botannix Studio Cafe uses the finest ingredients, to offer food that is both delicious and healthy. 

The Botannix studio cafe is open daily from 7am - 3pm, serving healthy breakfast, brunch, lunch, take away snacks, coffee, tea, chai, juice, smoothies, a yummy finish to your yoga practice.
