Jo teaches from the heart, and is so excited to share the gift of yoga with others on and off the mat.

Sally is a lover of yoga’s ability to bring joy and steadiness on the mat and, with practice, off the mat too. A believer that vinyasa is meditation through movement.
Brooke’s classes are holistic and nourishing. She draws on the philosophy of yoga to enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Her classes are centred around Ahimsa (kindness and compassion) and connecting to the unconditional friendliness and joy of the true Self.
Leisa's classes are inclusive and open to all levels, offering a variety of entry points in the practice for beginners or those more experienced. Blending breathing, meditation (guided being a favourite) as well as intentional movements to provide a safe space where you can move and rest.
Rachel holds deep gratitude for the strength and sense of calm that the practice of yoga has brought to her life and is honoured to be able to guide others through their own practice. With a strong conviction that yoga is for everyone Rachel’s classes are welcoming, fun and inclusive. They are suitable for everyone from beginners to those further along their yoga journey.
