Sally Foley
Sally is a lover of yoga’s ability to bring joy and steadiness on the mat and, with practice, off the mat too. As a certified vinyasa, yin, family and children yoga teacher, Sally enjoys leading a safe exploration of flexibility and strength - for young and old, new and experienced yogis – so that in time, these qualities manifest in the mind too. Sally loves to integrate yoga’s ancient teachings into her classes - expect to learn something new to ponder on your way home! You’ll also find fun and peace, movement and stillness to nourish the nervous system and break up the business of life.

Yoga Teacher
Meg Ryan
We live in such a fast paced world, and for a lot of us we are living in a state of disconnection from our bodies, our breath & in turn our life. For me, the practise of yoga supports us in returning home to ourselves, by re-establishing our
relationship with our body, mind & our breath. Just over 4 years ago I began the practise of yoga, and it was through the support of the practise I re-established my relationship with myself during a time I felt completely disconnected & dysregulated in both my body and mind. My classes are an invitation to slow down, re-establish your relationship between your body, mind & breath, to develop a deep sense of presence and inner listening in your body and feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

Yoga Teacher
Brooke Lucas
Brooke’s classes are holistic and nourishing. She draws on the philosophy of yoga to enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Her classes are centred around Ahimsa (kindness and compassion) and connecting to the unconditional friendliness and joy of the true Self.

Yoga Teacher
Felicia Robey
Felicia describes her relationship with Yoga as pure love and devotion. For over 30 years it has been her rock, inspiration and passion thru life’s ups and downs. As a teacher for more than a decade her intention is always to provide a space for her students to be comfortable, curious to explore and supported. And to yoga itself to remain authentic, honour tradition and weave the wisdom of Ayurveda as a practitioner. Her classes are grounded in philosophy, practices beyond asana and asana as a tool to help us come back to our bodies. With a focus on mobility. Creative, fun, nourishing and accessible. Felicia is also a counsellor so classes are always trauma informed and sensory sensitive with a range of modifications for all. She knows the power and magic yoga can bring to life and hopes to hold space for you to explore it.
