Botannix Yoga and Pilates is thrilled to invite primary school aged children to our beautiful garden studio this summer to experience the benefits of yoga!
If your child is aged 6-12 they are welcome to join us for a fun yoga workshop with our own Rainbow Yoga certified kids, youth and family teacher, Sally.
Your child will play, move, breathe, rest. They will have fun through play and movement in an inclusive environment and bring home new ways to calm their little bodies and busy minds ahead of the school year.
