I grew up dancing, physical movement has always been my therapy. From there I rolled into teaching zumba, bodypump, outdoor bootcamps, pilates and yoga. 
Having always pushed myself physically, it was yoga that taught me to challange myself spiritualy and metally. Over the years my curiosity of the human existance has grown so much that I decided to go back to university and become a psychotherapist. I'm incredibly interested in the nervous system and have trained in Nepal to work with sound and vibration, to create enviroments where people can find deep rest and restore their natural balance. You can say I just have an incredible deep passion for people and want to create spaces and enviroments to help people feel safe, nurtured and energised.
