In this time of uncertainty, Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is vital in reducing stress and anxiety, so please join us on the yoga mat not only to connect to your breath, move your body and shift energy, so you can stay balanced and calm but also to stay connected with our yoga community via

Together we can build a stronger yoga community, so when we can return to the studio we will be bigger, stronger and even more grateful for the beautiful garden to look out onto while we practice.

Never have we had to live more in the present moment, spending more time at home, with more time to 'rest and digest’ ‘enquire a little more’ and 'embrace the change, not resist it.'We are all now finding our ‘new norm’ not knowing what the next day brings. 'Control what you can control, tend to the house inside yourself, make it neat, tidy, & a place you want to come home to, so you stay balanced & calm’.

If we all pull together as a community by supporting local, we will come out the other side united.

’’The past has no power over the present moment.  Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realise that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge. Accept the situation - then Act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life’’. Eckhart Tolle.

‘’I always feel so spiritually connected to myself & to my teachers after a yoga class with Botannix yoga studio’'
