Botannix yoga studio, is located in the heart of Botany Bay, close to Pagewood and Banks Meadow, surrounding suburbs; Chifley, Daceyville, East Gardens, Eastlakes, La Perouse, Hillsdale, Little Bay, Malabar, Maroubra, Mascot, Matraville, Rosebery & Sydney Airport.
A unique, boutique yoga space, that has been operating for 15 years, as an integral part of the community. Offering a range of diverse yoga classes - Slower, grounding, meditative to flowing, dynamic, strengthening practices - Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yin Astrology, Yin Nidra, Pranayama Breathwork, Meditation, Beginners, Basix & Alignment. Daily classes suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer in studio face to face classes.

Our aim is to create a safe space for students to unplug from the busy, stressful day to day, to relax, calm the nervous system and heal through the practice of yoga. Members are encouraged to examine and honour their own limits, while at the same time, being professionally guided to places of growth and expansion by experienced yoga teachers, through a diverse range of yoga styles.
Situated behind the busy Botannix Studio Cafe, the yoga studio looks out onto deities within a beautiful landscaped peace garden, where all that can be heard is the bamboo blowing in the wind. A natural sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within bustling Sydney city.
Due to limited space & to give everyone a chance to attend the studio, we ask advance bookings are made to take a class, with no less than 2 hours prior to the class start time & no less than 12 hours to cancel a booking prior to class start time, this allows everyone a fair opportunity to practice and avoids cancellation charges. The studio has the right to cancel a class for any reason 30 mins prior to a class start time and informing members. We advise logging into your mind body account 30 mins prior to check class status. No refunds are given for class cancellations.
