Situated behind the busy Botannix Studio Cafe, the studio looks out onto deities within a beautiful landscaped peace garden, where all that can be heard is the bamboo blowing in the wind... A natural sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within the bustling city of Sydney.

Botannix yoga is now online - live streaming using zoom, time to set up your FREE zoom account so you can join our community and we can stay connected in our practice together.
In this time of uncertainty, now more than ever we need to look after our mental health, and yoga is an incredible tool to reduce stress, anxiety.
Together we can build a stronger yoga community, so when we can return to the studio we will be bigger, stronger and even more grateful for the beautiful garden to look out onto while we practice.

This course is great for those brand new to yoga and also those wanting to refresh their practice.
Mum's, Bub's & Crawlers Yoga
Fridays 11:00am -12:15pm
Bonding, calming, slow practice, focusing on the breath. Mums and Bubs aims to re-connect with yourself and go deeper with your baby in a supported, safe environment with other mums on the same path. Moving through a series of gentle poses that are appropriate for your body to relax tension and release anxieties, whilst strengthening the pelvic floor and gradually building core strength to heal the mum's postnatal body.
All levels of mums and bubs welcome, following your 6 weeks or 8 weeks for C section checkup. | No experience required.

During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga because it focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labour. Join Paola for a weekly practice to nourish both you and your baby throughout your pregnancy.
