Offering a range of diverse yoga classes - Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin, Yin Astrology, Yin Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Beginners, Basix & Alignment, Mums, bubs & crawlers.
Situated behind the busy Botannix Studio Cafe, the yoga studio looks out onto deities within a beautiful landscaped peace garden, where all that can be heard is the bamboo blowing in the wind. A natural sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within the bustling city of Sydney.
Due to limited space & to give everyone a chance to take a class at the studio, we ask bookings are made in advance, with no less than 1 hour prior to the class start time & to cancel a booking no less than 8 hours prior to class start time, this allows everyone a fair opportunity to practice.
