About our practice
Botannix yoga studio, is located in the heart of Botany Bay, close to Pagewood and surrounding suburbs; Banks Meadow, Chifley, Daceyville, East Gardens, Eastlakes, Hillsdale, La Perouse, Little Bay, Malabar, Maroubra, Mascot, Matraville, Rosebery and Sydney Airport. Offering a range of diverse yoga classes - Hatha, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Lotus Flow, Yin, Yin kinesiology, Yin Astrology, Yin Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Beginners, Basix, Alignment.
Situated behind the busy Botannix Studio Cafe, the studio looks out onto deities within a beautiful landscaped peace garden, where all that can be heard is the bamboo blowing in the wind. A natural sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within the bustling city of Sydney.

Whilst our studio doors maybe closed for now, our live streaming is open from the beautiful garden studio to the comfort of your own home. We are using zoom.us to live stream, set up your FREE zoom.us account and join our community - we can stay connected in our practice together. Book in using mindbody app classpass app or through our website.

In this time of uncertainty, Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is vital in reducing stress and anxiety, so please join us on the yoga mat not only to connect to your breath, move your body and shift energy, so you can stay balanced and calm but also to stay connected with our yoga community via zoom.us
Together we can build a stronger yoga community, so when we can return to the studio we will be bigger, stronger and even more grateful for the beautiful garden to look out onto while we practice.
