50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
with Clare Lovelace

Internationally recognised by Yoga Alliance International

Yin Yoga weaves together the wisdom of Yoga, Buddhism and Daoism to create a practice that is steady, spacious and deeply nourishing. Over two weekends, you’ll explore the philosophy, physiology and practical teaching tools that make Yin such a relevant and transformative practice today. I’ve been teaching Yin for over a decade, training extensively with Sarah Powers in 2015, and running Yin Teacher Trainings for more than six years. This training is clear, practical and grounded in real experience—designed to help you feel confident, informed and inspired, whether you want to teach Yin or simply deepen your own practice.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin is a slow, receptive practice that restores mobility in the body, steadiness in the mind and clarity in the heart. Through long-held floor postures, we learn how to pause, soften and meet ourselves honestly and compassionately. Over time this builds patience, emotional steadiness and a deeper sense of internal connection that naturally shapes how we move through the world.

About Clare Lovelace

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013, beginning my journey under the guidance of Matthew Bergan at Dancing Warrior Yoga in Sydney’s Inner West. That first training laid the foundations for how I teach today: with integrity, curiosity and a deep respect for the lineage of yoga. Since then, I’ve trained with Sarah Powers, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Donna Farhi, Shiva Rea and Simon Borg-Olivier, completing thousands of hours across Yin Yoga, vinyasa, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and energetics. In 2018 I left city life behind to travel Australia in my van, which eventually brought me to Batemans Bay—where I founded Soul Tribe Studio. I’ve been teaching full-time ever since, facilitating teacher trainings, leading retreats and sharing thousands of classes across Australia and beyond. Yin continues to be one of the most transformative practices in my own life. It softens what is rigid, brings clarity where there is noise and teaches us how to meet ourselves with honesty and patience. My intention is to give you the skills, understanding and confidence to share this practice with depth, steadiness and heart.
