Brooke’s classes are holistic and nourishing. She draws on the philosophy of yoga to enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Her classes are centred around Ahimsa (kindness and compassion) and connecting to the unconditional friendliness and joy of the true Self. 


Brooke discovered yoga over 20 years ago, initially being drawn to the physicality of hot power yoga. After some years, she had a yearning to dive deeper than the physical body and began practicing hatha yoga before discovering restorative and yin. These introspective, meditative, slower practices really resonated with Brooke and she found herself completely immersing in them. Through the practices, Brooke began evolving and transforming on her spiritual path. She no longer felt satisfied working in the stressful corporate sales world. She left it behind and went on to complete her yoga teacher training, so that she could help others also seek and find their truth.
