Kyla is a strong lover of yoga who uses her practice to regulate her mind, body and soul.
Kyla has an anatomy and sports background, which she uses to integrate a range of movements that allow her students to feel nourished and revitalised.
Kyla enjoys using music to help her students dive deeply into each pose. She believes yoga is the secret potion that allows us to stay grounded and find space in this fast paced world.
Kyla has a passion about teaching kids yoga and mindfulness techniques. She hopes to in-still this knowledge into future generations as she believes this plays a big part in the happiness and well-being for all.
