BOTANNIX YOGA STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

​

1. An Intro Pass is a one-time only offer for new students and can not be rebooked, suspended or extended. They are non refundable. Valid for 14 classes for 14 consecutive days.

2. All 5 class passes are valid per person and not to be shared. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid for in studio classes for a 45 days and cannot be suspended or extended. Your pass will activate from the first visit in the studio attending the class.  Please check the expiration date when purchasing your pass.​​

3. Monthly membership is valid per person and not to be shared. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid for 28 days. They cannot be suspended or extended. Your pass will activate from the first visit in the studio attending the class.  Please check the expiration date when purchasing your pass.​​ 

4. Our live online booking system is operated through mind body, it allows you to book a spot/mat in a class in advance.  If you can, please make sure you book into class no later than 75 mins in advance to class. If you are booked into a class and decide to cancel your spot/mat, please ensure you cancel no later than 12 hours in advance.

5. There will always be the unexpected late cancellations due to work, traffic, injury, illness.  We ask that you do your best to sign your self out of the class. With the maximum of 16 mats per class, we ask you honour our cancellation policy to be fair with all of our other students that may wish to attend a class.

6. For no shows and a cancellation inside of a 2-hour window on any type of pass purchased, you will incur an additional $10 for the missed class.  

7. Classes will be cancelled if there is less than 2 customers booked into a class.

8. At Botannix yoga studio, we ask everyone to respect or studio etiquette, which is stated on our website and to arrive to class no later than 5 mins before the class starts to settle in. If the front door is locked it means the class has started.

9. For all membership enquiries, pass suspensions and cancellations - please email us.

10. Declined or dishonoured payments will incur a one-time fee of $10

11. Masterclasses, courses and bliss events that the studio host, once booked are non refundable.  Events are non transferable to anyone else or another event without 2 weeks notice.  If you have to cancel your booking in less than 2 weeks notice, we take full payment.  If you inform us with 2 weeks notice or more we can then hold as a credit on your account to use against another master class, course, bliss event or studio classes.  If we have to cancel an event we will hold as credit on your account to use against another master class, course, bliss event or classes. Non refunds are given.  Credit can be placed on your account.

12. Beginners basix, alignment courses are non refundable and non transferable. Should you decide to cancel after booking, with 2 weeks notice prior to the start date, we will hold the amount as credit on your account to use on studio classes.  If you decide to cancel or no show once the course has started you will not be entitled to a refund or credit. 

13. No refunds are given, credit can be allocated to your account.
